Our customizable suite size is 96  square feet with the option of partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on your specific needs. You can add in your own decor, a splash of paint, cabinets, and shelving to create a space that is welcoming and comfortable for you and your clients.

Prior to renting a space in Spa Studios, I was a guest. I always loved how clean, open and inviting the main waiting area was. I always felt welcome and that’s what made it so easy to sign a rental agreement with SS.

I opened H3 in July of 2023 with Sandy’s help figuring out the licensing, inspections, and minor updates to my suite. Sandy is the proprietor of Spa Studios as well an esthetician who has a suite here! Its so helpful that this space is owned by a local Michigan woman who also works here (instead of a corporate structure) so whenever I need ANYTHING it happens efficiently and with ease.

My first month of business on my own has been so rewarding, I can’t wait to see what the future holds at Spa Studios!
